All product orders shall constitute a contract with Under Armour Europe BV. The conditions of such contract shall include these Conditions of Use and Sale and the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Under Armour Europe BV reserves the right to designate Under Armour, Inc. as its agent for the purposes of taking any action pursuant to such contract. The term "UA" shall refer to Under Armour Europe BV or Under Armour, Inc. as appropriate.

DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO SHOP AT UNDER ARMOUR?

Registration is not required when shopping online at Under Armour. We do advise you to register online as all of your information that we need to place an order will automatically be stored on your account. As a registered customer you’ll also be able to check your order history.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

To make online shopping faster and easier, you may register with www.underarmour.co.uk. Simply click on "Register" at the top of the webpage to begin. If you are using a public computer, we strongly encourage you to close your browser at the end of your session. Your information will still be stored with us but it will not be accessible to anyone else from that computer.

We encourage users to create a registered account on our website. The benefit of having a registered account on www.underarmour.co.uk is the ability to track shipments, view past orders, and quickly access your shipping and billing information with a username and password. HOW DO I LOCATE THE STYLE NUMBER?

If you are looking for a product's style number it is easily located inside your garment on a small white tag. It will read, for example, FW081100200 or on older styles FW060375. The first four characters reference the season of the style (ex. FW06=Fall/Winter 2006) the last 7 (on new styles) or 4 (on older styles) reference the style number. You can search this style number on our website to find exactly what you are looking for. If no results are found, the style may no longer be manufactured by Under Armour. HOW CAN I TELL IF AN ITEM IS AVAILABLE ONLINE?

Once you've selected the style, you can determine what colour/size is in stock by first selecting the colour (1. Select Colour), and then the size (2. Select Size). If the size you want is not listed for the selected colour, it is not available. Under Armour strives to have the latest and greatest styles, colours and sizes at your disposal. However, we may experience shortages of stock due to overwhelming popularity of a particular style, colour or size. Our website is designed to feature 'real-time' inventory levels so that only in-stock items are visible and available for purchase. HOW IS TAX CALCULATED FOR MY ORDER?

UK VAT rates are calculated at the current rate of 20%. This value is included in the product price that you see displayed on the website. The only category which is exempt from this law is children's clothing.

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Under Armour accepts Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, Maestro debit cards and PayPal. Credit cards and debit cards must be issued by a UK institution and must have a UK billing address. Please ensure that the billing address on file with the credit or debit card issuing bank is the same address you enter when ordering. We do not accept personal cheques, money orders or cash payments.

WHAT ARE THESE EXTRA CHARGES ON MY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD?

Because Under Armour does not charge for items until they ship, we use a pre-authorisation process to reserve your products for shipment. In order to avoid unnecessary overdraft charges, a method called a 'pre-authorisation' is often used by banks to verify that the credit/debit card in use is valid and has sufficient funds. Please note that the transaction description will show up on your statement as "UNDER ARMOUR." Most authorisations expire within five to seven days; however the issuing bank ultimately determines the length of the authorisation. The final credit or debit card charge will only reflect the value of your shipped merchandise plus applicable shipping and taxes. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?

It could be that your billing and shipping address while processing your first payment with us are not the same. This requirement is only applicable for your first order and future payment should not decline for this reason. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

WHO IS UNDER ARMOUR'S SHIPPING CARRIER?

Under Armour uses UPS as shipping carrier.

CAN I SHIP TO A POST OFFICE BOX?

No we do not ship to Post Office Boxes in the UK.

DO YOU SHIP TO BRITISH OVERSEAS TERRITORIES?

At this time we only ship to the United Kingdom and not to its overseas territories.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped. If you are a registered member but do not have this information and would still like to track your package, log into your account and enter the Order Number from your original order confirmation email to track your package. Please allow 2 - 4 business days between placing your order and using the tracking tool.

WHAT DOES "IN TRANSIT" MEAN?

If you tracked your order on our website and received the message that your order is "in transit," this simply means that your order is being processed for shipment, or that the tracking information has not been updated with the shipping carrier yet. It typically takes 2 - 4 business days for the carrier to receive our tracking information.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ONCE MY ORDER IS PLACED?

Due to the close timeframe between order and shipment it is difficult to make changes once your order has been placed. However, please contact us within an hour of placing your order and we will attempt to facilitate a change.

Return of goods with notice after 14 days of receipt: If you notify us after the applicable Return Notice Period and then return the goods in resalable condition within 30 days of the day after the day the goods were delivered to the shipping address specified in your order, you will be responsible for all delivery and return charges and these will not be reimbursed to you.
Return of defective delivered order: If the goods are defective or faulty, we will replace the item with a new one or give you a full refund on your initial purchase. We will also refund the costs of returning any defective or faulty items to you.

All returns must include your original receipt and packing list contained in your package indicating which items you are returning and a brief note describing the reason for the return. The packing list contains a table entitled "Return Reason" that indicates the reason for returning the product.

Items contained in your return package must be on your packing list. Any item not listed on your packing list that was not originally purchased from www.underarmour.co.uk will not be eligible for a return.

We recommend that you return your items via an insured and traceable carrier service as Under Armour is not responsible for lost packages in transit. Your refund/exchange will take approximately 10-14 business days to process from the date of receipt by Under Armour. Credit card companies vary in the time it takes for your credit to appear on your monthly statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
