To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

I thought maybe the “sock-like fit” would be comfortable and help with heel slipping. Instead, it cut into my achilles on my left foot. Tried putting a band-aid under my sock-did not help. Also, they run very flat. My avg strike angle went from +10 to +6 and I could tell the difference in sore feet. A $150 lesson. I have to abandon them after less than 20 miles. Unfortunate.
I received delivery of these shoes today. When I tried them, they turned out smaller in size. I will have to exchange it with half size up.
Not comformatable, poor quality. one of the shoe (left leg) is very tight.
The fit feature is my concern. I am a 10.5 and in any other brand shoe have a comfortable fit. However, with this UA shoe model, I feel tightness near the big toe. There is a gap between my big toe and the tip of the toe yet I feel uncomfortable. Are you by any chance, undermining the length? I had a similar experience with the UA Rock 2 Training Shoes!
For a shoe that costs £120 and probably had significant research - beggars belief as to why they would have really shoddy laces which do come undone during almost every run - regardless how tight I do them up or technique I use. I would have returned it but I have gone above my return period & I just wanted to keep having a go to see if I was doing anything wrong. The laces are rubbish, who ever thought smooth finish laces would work on a performance shoes need their head examining.
Hele mooie schoen, en zit fijn. Net eerste rondje op gelopen en ze liepen fijn met goede demping.
Very good shoe with a quick break in period. Good structure but not overly supportive which is fine for walking and jogging. The only issue I have with them is that they are a little narrow compared to other HOVR shoes I have owned.
I did a workout in the gear (shirt, shorts, shoes) but my feet were sliding inside the shoes. I typically run after my workout but I decided to pass today.
I’ve had these shoes for about 2 weeks and they are great. I run around 4-6 miles every day during the week and then longer runs on the weekend and they’ve held up well. Really like being able to sync up with the map my run app. I’ve gotten a few blisters on my left foot but my right foot is fine, so I don’t think it’s the shoes and probably how I am running, I’m trying different socks to help. One concern is I just got an email from the map my run app and it said the shoes’ life is already 25% depleted so not sure how the app calculates that, I checked the bottom of the shoes and they don’t look worn yet, something I’ll keep an eye on and update review if needed. I got the red ones. They look a little more pinkish out the box than they do in the website, but I don’t really mind.
I needed good running and training trainers which were durable and comfortable. These literally are those trainers! With my old trainers, I used to suffer with back pain after a workout and now I’m beginning to think it was because of my footwear because since wearing these, I haven’t suffered all that bad! I will be buying more and in different colours!
