To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

Nice shoe and one of the better trainers I’ve had. Could use a tad more arch support. Good sized toe box.
Bought the PR1 and the only downside is they are hard to get on need to use a shoehorn. The PR2 has more cushion and looks better but the opening is still tight. Just a little bigger opening would be nice. I’m 5’6 170 size 9
These shoes feel great. Love the color too. I work in a warehouse for 10hrs and they support me very well. I've been a fan a The Rock since his Nation of Domination days. I will buy more Project Rock merchandise in the future.
the running shoe is comfortable. I'm not use to sliding my feet inside of a running shoe.
I love the PR1's wide base and sturdy construction. I assumed that I'd love the PR2's similarly. The styling is great and the comfort level is very good. But, for weight lifting the base is a little too narrow and the sole a little too thick to keep a strong footing. This was apparently when picking up heavy weights and walking, I nearly twisted my ankle a couple of times. BUT, I feel like I can use this shoe on the treadmill and jump quickly to light weights to plyometrics easily.
For heavy weight days, especially leg days, I'll stick with the PR1's. Good shoe overall. I probably would not have purchase if I had tried them on in a store first simply on the width alone.
These are better than expected. The main difference between these and runners is STABILITY. When you are lifting, you feel very stable. Definitely an upgrade from wearing runners in the gym. Comfort is good. Lacing pattern keeps the shoes snug. I would highly recommend them. And that.... is what the rock, is cooking.
Runs true to size, The traction is better than on the PR1. Not too snug, the Hovr cushion is not on the plush side like the runners are, as long as you don't expect that then cushion is great, the only problem I have is the the seam by the Achilles presses in too much so i switched back to the PR1, after some break in time it's gotten a little better but I still feel that little tab kind of digging in. Basketball crew socks helped alleviate the issue. Otherwise a great shoe I'm happy with my purchase
Runs small, had to size up (not surprising as also had to size up on the Charge trainers as well). Possibly still a little narrow for me even after going up, waiting to see if there is any give after continued use.
Also runs hot, super hot. Not for heavy cardio. Ventilation needs improvement for V3.
Very stable heal, you feel very solidly planted.
Midsole is cushy but not vague.
Colour more fiery orange than red. Good looking, showy (especially with gold badging).
The first 2 weeks I had these shoes, I was beside myself at how unhappy with them I was. My feet are like those of a giant sasquatch, which I figured would be right in line with the partnership with the Rock. My feet were squeezed like melons into these things... WHILE I wore socks with them. Once I paid more attention to the marketing material and realized they're meant/designed to be worn sockless, this shoe became my favorite workout gear I own. Highly recommended, especially foot-commando.
