To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Shoes is really awesome , but the first pair was way to tight
I am a huge UA fan, but usually shy away from their footware. At this price though, I had to give them a try. And boy am I glad I did. My workouts include lots of kettlebells, unconventional barbell and turf work. These shoes have the flat wide base for lifting and are agile enough for speed sprints. 9 months later they are going strong, however tread is starting to wear fast from all the sleigh push and pulls. Overall I'm quite pleased with this simple straightforward trainer.
I really liked the visiual designs of the shoes. I recevied alot of compliements on the design. What caught my attention is the sleek, not to overbearing, and that they be can worn with just about anything. We've used UA in college and so i know the qualify that UA produces. but these shoes were a little "lackluster" after a couple of weeks on the treadmill the soles were starting to get shreeded and would leave hanging pieces very unappealing. On the other hand you have to deal with the issue of the she cutting in to the back of your ankles, thick socks can solve this problem if need be.But I have a lot of hours into these shoes, they only get worn in the gym and taken off before leaving the facility.I can understand that the material gives it the light weight feel but was very dissappointing.I try to be light on shoes to donate after couple wears for individuals in need, so i go through a lot of styles, designs, and brands.

I ordered these when my previous pair of UA training shoes fell apart after two years. I have worn these shoes when doing HIIT workouts, jumping rope, indoor cycling, indoor rowing, and powerlifting and they have not disappointed yet. The heel is cushioned enough to jump around in and to help get some drive when doing lifts off the ground. The front part is flexible enough to let you stay up on toes. On top of the performance they look great too.
The shoes are very comfortable, good looking and the hugs the feet perfectly. There is huge stability for trainings like body building, gym, and slow workouts. I saw this shoes in an Instagram stories of Antony Joshua training so I thought that are perfect for boxing training....unfortunately are not the best for this because they don’t have a great grip especially is the ground is a little wet or if it is parquet.
Excellent fit. The laces and upper allow for adjustment, so my flat, wide feet feel well accommodated. The soles have good cushioning and the slightly wider-than-average base provides excellent stability, especially for deadlifts and squats. Very light (which is great for my sports bag) and good support.

Par contre en gardant les chaussures durant 2 heures, elle font horriblement mal au niveau de l'os du petit orteil. J'ai essayé de les mettre plus d'une semaine pensant que la matière aller se détendre, mais non car la coupe ou la matière placer à l'endroit en question ne le permet pas. Dommage. Si non les chaussures sont bien légère et agréable à marcher. Je tiens a préciser que je ne sens pas la douleur sur le coup (1h00 à 1h30), il faut que je les enlèves pour relâcher la pression.
Non avevo mai provato scarpe progettate per l'allenamento. Devo dire che sono una bella esperienza. Appena indossae senti la differenza con una scarpa da running. Se vi allenate in discipline HIT una scarpa del genere è veramente un ottimo plus.
I work in a performance facility that is UA sponsored and have many UA training shoes. these are my favorite thus far. excellent comfort (vs. the amp 2.0 which to me is much more rigid), very solid lateral support, and not blocky or chunky feeling. Great job here UA!
