Return Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with an item, you can return it for free within 50 days of having received your order. After 50 days, you will no longer be able to return your order. Make sure to include the return packing slip.

Returning your order with Hermes

You will find a pre-printed free returns label in the box. Attach this return label to the parcel and make sure you remove or cover the original delivery label. You can drop off your parcel at the nearest Hermes ParcelShop. To find the nearest ParcelShop, please click here In case there is no ParcelShop near to you, please contact Hermes at 033-03336556 to schedule a collection of your parcel.

Returning your order with UPS

We want to make your return as easy as possible. Simply follow these steps and you'll be on your way to a successful return:

  • Log into account or check in as guest.
  • Check items to return.
  • Print Label and Packing Slip.

In-Store Returns

You can only return an item to the retail store you originally purchased it from. You will have to contact that retailer for their return and exchange policy. You cannot return items you purchased from the Under Armour website to a retail store.
