First 6months, perfect, then the right earbud became defected. It inconsistently charges in the case and frequently stops auto-connecting, so I have to repair the buds (if it even has a charge). I spend far too much time prepping/charging the headphones than should be required and half the time I give up so I do my workout. If they were a cheap pair then fine...but not what I expect at this price point, not the quality I expect from UA.
Purchased these earbuds about 5 months ago and it's been 1 month that the left earbud doesn't seem to charge or connect. Only the right earbud seems to work. I tried to reset, re-pair,...nothing works. It seems to work once and then disconnects again. This is very frustrating for the price I paid for these earbuds. I would not recommend. If you are in the market for sport earbuds, don't purchase these as you will be disappointed!
My 16yr old son saved his money to buy these a few months ago. Not long after he was telling me he was having problems with them charging. I didn't pay too much attention until one day I was working out with him and he only had one ear piece in. I asked why and he said the other one died. I gave him my earbuds and took his. The left ear will charge if you sit there and move it every 5 min, other than that, no charge. Last time I used them I made sure the lights were on both earbuds, 3 days later at the gym, right out of the box the left one was dead.. Contacted jvc twice with no reply. Great when they work, but they didn't work too long..

I am afraid that it can be a common occurrence since these earphones are not designed for audiovisual use.

look and feel is only the point that let you buy it, on the other hand many issues:
- Low stability for builtin microphone.
- Left ear sound disconnected totally, and even after factory reset still not working.
- No fare support,
I work out 5-6 days a week and these were one of my favorite purchases. For the first 4 months the headphones worked great. Then the left headphone started not connecting. It would take 2-3 times to get it to connect. I never have a problem with the right ear bud. Then when i did get the left ear bud connected it would work for about 15-20 minutes and then would shut itself off because of no power. It was as if the left ear bud wasn't charging. I watched when i put it in the case and the charge light for the left ear bud would stay on for about 1 minute and then shut off. I now can not get the left ear bud to charge. I tried these instead of ordering my 3rd pair of Jaybirds and really liked them. I now regret doing this...very frustrating.
Can barely hear these compared to my wired earbuds. No bass whatsoever. Tried them on multiple phones. Don’t bother.
El producto funciono bien durante los dos primeros meses. Para despues tener que hacer acrobacias para que cargaran y finalmente solo funciona uno de los dos auriculares , los he tratadon con mucho cuidado por lo qual es un problema del producto , estoy haciendo gestiones con la garantia pero son muy tediosas , una lastima..
These headphones are a very good running headphone and you don't even feel that you have them in your ears. However my main problem with these headphones is the battery life is a major flaw. I got these thinking that they would be great for running and at work but they don't last. If the volume is up all the way the headphones won't last more than an hour. I don't know many people who like to workout with headphones on half volume. For the price these headphones are I truly expected more out of them.
There is an issue with the Bluetooth connection which generates a constant high pitch whining noise or a repetitive ticking noise whilst they are in use. Once you hear it, your ears tune into it and you can hear it all the time. If you have good range in your hearing then these will not be for you. I have tried two pairs of these with 4 different devices (iPhone 7, iPhone XS Max, Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Note 8) and they all made the noise including when in an area where no other Bluetooth device could cause interference. I have therefore returned them as I expect a set of headphones at this price to be absolutely silent if they aren't playing any media or on a call. A friend of mine has also since returned theirs as well for the same issue.
