To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

I’ve been wearing these for a week now and I am not a big fan. They are hard to get on since they are essentially slip on shoes. I find them to be tight and they have tore up the top of my heels. I was hoping they would stretch out after a couple of wears but not luck yet. Since I’ve worn them I won’t be able to send them back so I’m hoping they eventually stretch.
These shoes are too light, if that's even a thing. They don't give you a lot of support, returned them in for another UA trainer
Good looking shoes, but runs waaaay too big. UA needs to do way better job with their sizing. It's all over the place.
The appeal of these shoes from the pictures indicate that these did not have full shoelaces (as in the laces need to be tied). However, when they arrived, they have regular laces, rather than the bungee style pictured.
Big toe rubbing end of shoe. Tongue presses against ankle. Felt good initially. Style beautiful and color blue. I usually wear a 8.5 and order 9.5 the width is good I usually run wide. Would love to reorder in a 10.
I wear between an 8-8.5 in athletic sneaks usually. I went with the 8.5 as last time I ordered an 8 in UA sneaks, they were too small. (sidenote, my "Truefit was listed as 7.5?? I don't think I would've even been able to get my foot in those, so I would go with your normal size, perhaps .5 size up) These fit well in the length, a little wide (I have VERY narrow feet) but felt super comfy when I first tried them on, however after doing a few different workouts in these (H.I.I.T., TRX, bootcamp etc), I just can't seem to get the fit quite right. If I tie the laces tighter so they feel secure, they only feel tight around the arch, but still loose on the rest of my foot. I found that my ankle was bothering me after wearing these a few times. I really wish I had returned them. They are a comfy sneak, but maybe if you have wider feet? I couldn't go any smaller in size or my toes would be smashed up against the end. I'm having a hard time finding any training shoes for the gym I am happy with. Bummed.
I love these shoes for our gym classes. My only complaint they fit like a glove. So it isn’t a quick on and off. They are quite hard to get on as they are tight but once on they feel great. If you want quick access shoes these aren’t it. Great for mat work. Great grip.
Good shoe, definitely keeps me stable. I believe the size is spot on because the end of my toe is where it should be. The shoe makes you feel like you have the wrong size though because it is very snug and narrows at the toes. I would suggest trying them on in store.
The color of the shoes is lighter than in the website. Also, the shoes size is pretty little small and it’s fit without wearing socks. But other brand i have doesn’t like this. But totally, i like it and hope the shoes will expand itself when i use it more.
These are my second pair of UA shoes and they are super comfortable. At first the fit was really snug but I figured I'd give the shoes some time to expand and what not. So after a week and half the shoes finally fit perfectly and not so snug. They're super light and airy. I feel like they could be a bit more breathable. My socks are pretty moist when I take the shoes off. I sweat a lot and my feet gather up a lot of that but after 8 hours of work my socks are not cotton dry after wearing these shoes. Flexibility, style, comfort, all get a thumbs up for this shoe. Breathability, not so much. That being said, I would recommend the shoes, maybe it's just me and my sweaty feet and other won't have this problem.
