To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

I wanted a good shoe for running. I bought them 1/2 size up and they are still way too small... At the first time my toes were numbed and I had to stop running and take them off. I thought that my feet were on fire! I thought that they will fit better after some tries, but they still seem unbelievable tight. I cannot return them, as I tried them several times...
These shoes fit well, which is why they got 2 stars. The toe box is roomy; however, that is most likely because they have absolutely no cushioning. When I tried them on and walked around my kitchen floor, I might as well have been walking barefoot. These will be going back.
Muy cómodas pero tallan pequeño, mejor coger un número más. Son buena opción para entrenar, yo las uso para Crossfit a pesar de no ser específicas para ejercicios de halterofilia.
I am usually a 6.5. I exchanged these for a 7, and they were still overall way too small.
The shoes are well done and very stylish to my liking. But the size runs small. I ordered 4.5 UK and they are very tight, though my feet are just normal. I also ordered the other pair same size which fits perfectly. It’s sad, because I liked these ones much more. Attached some photos. I hope this review will help someone in their choice.
I got these shoes for outdoor training and I am very happy with them! When I initially wore them they were true to size but felt too tight after I was wearing them for a while and made the top of my feet hurt. I changed the lacing to suit a ‘wider’ foot and they’re perfect now :)
I purchased these shoes to have multiple pairs for HIIT, circuit training, and other workouts. I have not been disappointed. I am able to wear these shoes with my plantar fasciitis arch support inserts for HIIT workouts. When wearing these shoes, my feet are very comfortable during my workouts. These shoes are a practical investment.
These trainers are perfect for body weight/strength training and conditioning. The sole is sturdy but thin enough to allow you to feel the floor, making it easy to perfect your stance and form. They are a snug fit, which again helps with stance and form, but true to size. Love the colour and blingy sole, making these more stylish than your average training shoe Probably not for those with a wide foot.
My pair fit true to size (others mentioned issues with this) - I am wearing my laces looser than I normally would, but no issues with discomfort. I've worn mine for strength training (free weights, TRX, light running, jump rope) and been very happy!
First time I put my foot in them they were tight. However, they are suppose to be until you break them to the shape of your feet. I use them for Insanity work outs. I do a lot of plyo & jumping around so they are great! Light, & fit to my feet! I had Hoka's & my feet were just sliding around in the shoes! The only complaint I have is my foot is very flat foot. So after jumping around mid video my foot does start to ache. But I've always had that problem with shoes, it's just my flat foot.
