To find your foot measurement closely trace your entire foot onto a piece of paper and measure from heel to toe. If your measurement is between chart numbers, we recommend sizing up. Be sure you’re putting your full weight on your foot while tracing. Please note: for the best results, measuring later in the day is recommended.
We created this easy-to-use sizing chart so that finding the right size shoes for your kids won’t be a workout in itself. *Due to the metric/imperial conversions, there will be some instances where two US sizes will equal one UK size or one CM size.

I have been wearing UA Charged for the last 5 years. Faithful to it, very nearly died the year they didn't release this particular sole and last. I have small, pronate and wide, flat feet so good running shoes don't come easy for me. I do road running, mostly tar roads, and lots of walking when I travel. The upper is unpadded and spacious for my wide feet. It has good flexibility around the toes and breathability. It has a solid heel cup which holds your heel on the shoe and the shoes keep its shape even when the sole has been worn through. The sole is phenomenal. Grips the road in the rain (in the UK, you have to run in the rain) and wears out evenly without the tread falling out in chunks. I take a UK3, EU36, Asian 225cm ballerina pump but I chose to buy a UK4 in UA Charged because I wear thick socks to run in. However, I do wear ankle socks if I am sightseeing and will be walking all day. I wish they would make it in better colours- there is only so much black I can wear. Also, it would be nice to have a few reflective details for those of us that road run in the night and low light.
