The fit is poor, and I would expect a far superior fabric to have been used, given the cost, as well as far better support. I'm between a size 10 and 12 UK, and the small is too small and the medium too large. There is no support at all around the ankle; in fact, these are so loose around the ankle that they fit more like jogging bottoms on me, which is not really what I want when exercising. The knee is slightly loose and wrinkles as one moves, giving a slightly "Nora Batty" effect, and the only part of the legging that fits well is the hip (and I have small hips!). The waist is loose and folds over during movement, and there is no drawstring to tighten it. I will be returning these and going back to my medical grade compression tights that, although £15.00 more, have four years' research and development behind them and are far more suited for purpose. I usually love UA products but their leggings/tights consistently seem to fall short. For this quality, I would expect to be paying around £30, not £60.
These leggings are worth the price. The fabric is soft and luxurious. The waistband stays put. I bought an extra small (5’2, 120 lbs for reference) They are tight but still comfortable. I would prefer a bit more compression in the thighs, but purely for aesthetic reasons, not performance. The back pocket is larger than I expected. Easily holds a smart phone. Will purchase more pairs!
I have been a lululemon fan for many years now but I am here to say I am 100% converted to Under Armour leggings. These leggings do not have to be pulled up ONCE during a HIIT workout, while with my old leggings I was CONSTANTLY pulling them up. I will say that these do run a little big, I would definitely like to see what a size down would fit like. Overall though these are my current favorite leggings of all time and I cannot wait to get more! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I was looking for high compression, high-waisted leggings that I didn't have to constantly stop my run to pull up. For reference I am 5'5", fluctuate between 155-160 lbs, and my waist can be a 28 or 29 depending on how bloated I am. On UA's size chart I was between a small and medium because my waist is smaller than my hips. Because they are compression tights I first bought them in medium but when I ran in them they fell down a little, bunched at the ankle, and were just slightly too big in the waist. I then bought them in small and the fit was exactly what I was looking for and all the issues I experienced with the medium size were gone. Now that I have the right size I love these leggings! I like the subtle design and how they come up past my belly button. The back pocket fits my iPhone 8 and I didn't feel it moving around while running. I will probably still wear the M ones to a lower intensity workout like yoga.
The rush leggings are fantastic, as they are a thicker material than some of the other leggings from under armour. They are very comfortable and look good as well.
