The sound on these is just amazing, but the battery isn’t really close to 5 hours... 2 hours, at best 3 if I turn them off and start again.. but continuously it would go much over 2 hours... Also the charging case doesn’t all the time fully charge them even though I pay attention about putting them
in properly. Am I the only one with that issue? I would really like to know if mine are the only ones like that, cheers.
But the size is very very weird. I have played with all the combinations they provide. I get them in my ears at home I do put on some music to check for seal and quality everything is good. I put them through a stress test and after much tweaking I get them locked in and equal sound but once I start sweating everything goes out the window. Idk what to do at this point. I try to jam them farther into my ear with no success if you get good bite you lose sound quality and vice versa. While running I feel like they are loosening so I find myself focusing on fixing them and not running while quickly losing my mojo. Like I said I very much want to love them! Especially after spending so much. I will keep playing with the sizes and hope that I find the perfect one someday. It would almost be nice to have a few other options available for the few odd people like me who can’t get the fit right.
These headphones have a great feel and sound to them. They could be greatly improved by having any sort of volume control on them. Without it you still end up screwing around with your phone when on a run, which is the point of being wireless. The left ear bud having one click mute and two click adaptive listening is jenky IMHO. When indoors I end up leaving the left one out to hear someone and just use the right one to control the pause and next song button. I have other wireless headphones that from a functionality perspective I like better. They fit awesome for sure. The size is great, the sound is good. Maybe the next evolution will improve. I would wait before buying another pair.
Questi auricoloari sono inadatti per le telefonate poichè il microfono ha una bassissima prestazione. La persona con cui parli nella telefonata sente la tua voce ovattata e da molto lontano.
Considerando l'elevato costo degli auricolari il rapporta qualità prezzo è pessimo, non valgono sicuramente il loro prezzo.
Having my phone in my back pocket the connection is poor. Bluetooth cuts in and out several times during a song. Terrible

Das Koppeln mit dem Laptop oder Handy ist manchmal schwierig (dauert ab und zu 4-5min)
Warum auch immer wird manchmal nur der rechte earbud verbunden und man muss 5-6x beide earbuds ins case zurück legen bis endlich beide Seiten verbunden sind
Nach einer längeren Zeit sind die earbuds auch oft unbequem bzw. so hammerfest, wie es sollte sitzen sie auch nicht im Ohr.
Sound ist ok aber nichts besonderes
Dafür ist aber die Batterielaufzeit sehr gut! Aber für den Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet.
The headphones themselves are buillt very sturdily and are top quality. The charging box/case is built with solid metal and is built to last. The headphones come with 3 different earpiece sizes and "inside earpiece" sizes, meaning that the size of the actuals buds is very customizable.
The sound quality is great, just what you would expect from a top-notch JBL product. The Bluetooth range is amazing and the actual battery lifetime of the buds is just as advertized. With the case fully charged, these headphones can last over 3 days of constant use (Have tested it, and I listen to music for at least 10 hours a day).
However, after getting myself a pair of these headphones during June, since then, everything has only gone downhill. The headphones dont charge like theyre supposed to anymore. Nowadays I struggle to even turn them off inside the case, which they SHOULD be doing. At times, while inside the case, the light would turn red, indicating that they are turned off and charging. However, when looking at my phone and listenin to the case I can still hear my music playing. Not only that, but the cable to charge the case is unbelievably short. Ist not even close to 15 centimeters! When the charging ports of the case are pulled out, you can literally just wiggle it around and it feels like ist going to break off or snap at any minute. The headphones are VERY uncomfortable to wear! At times I have to take out my earbuds to let my ears rest a bit. Ive tried all the sizes and none of them worked for me. The rubber is hard and doesnt adjust well to the ears. Additionally, the earbuds sometimes "clog" my ears, giving off a VERY uncomfortable pressure in my ear.
All in all, the headphones could use some further improvements. These are not worth your money! I highly recommend you instead buy other headphones, even Airpods are better than these and those are disgusting to look at.
Phone calls with the earbuds is the worst!! The sound quality and comfort is great specially for a long run or an intensive training, but making a phone call can be very frustrating. People could barely hear me thru phone calls, the only thing they could clearly hear was the air breeze but not my voice.
Purchase the Project Rock version in Dec 2019... 6 months later the earbud became defected.
Wouldn't sync up and would say battery was low, but would charge!
Contacted Harmon Support, who told me to send to Multicore to get checked out. They sent out a replacement in July 2020. 6 months on, they same thing happened!! Went through the same process and they recently replaced it with the new Project rock version as the version I had no longer was available.
Replacement arrived this week and the bionic hearing was not working! Contacted Multicore, as they sent out the replacement for them to direct me back to Harmon Support to go through the whole process again!
I have been advised today they will send out ANOTHER replacement, so this will be the 4th pair in total, in the space of 1 year!
Currently contact UA directly to get a full refund as don't want to be going through the same process again in 6 months!
Very poor product for UA and they only last 6 months, and they are not cheap and resolving the issue every 6 months is frustrating!
First 6months, perfect, then the right earbud became defected. It inconsistently charges in the case and frequently stops auto-connecting, so I have to repair the buds (if it even has a charge). I spend far too much time prepping/charging the headphones than should be required and half the time I give up so I do my workout. If they were a cheap pair then fine...but not what I expect at this price point, not the quality I expect from UA.
