From the bottom up, our training shoes are incredibly tough. We use durable rubber outsoles that provide exceptional grip, keeping you stable and in control for the distance. The midsoles in Under Armour athletic footwear uses a range of patented cushioning designs that are suited to different types of exercise. For long distance runs, UA HOVR™ cushioning returns energy from every stride, mile after mile, while Charged Cushioning® midsoles give incredible levels of responsiveness. And UA Flow is an all-in-one outsole and midsole - it’s a unique, lightweight and grippy material that lets you accelerate even faster.
To keep your feet stable and secure, all our athletic sneakers use intelligent features, such as socklinkers that mould to your feet, TPU heel wraps to avoid slippage, or winged tongues to achieve midfoot hold.
The uppers on Under Armour athletic shoes give you incredible levels of breathability, helping prevent overheating. For wet weather, we’ve used UA Storm - a treatment that keeps your feet dry without preventing air flow. And we use PU overlays on our exercise shoes for added durability on those high abrasion zones.
